The Kilbroney Centre – Booking & Prices

WEEKENDS
Self-catered: £55 per person per weekend.

Catered: £65 per person per weekend (primary school age). £75 per person per weekend (secondary school age and above)

Minimum group size for a Self-Catered group is 20 full-paying guests.
Minimum group size for a Catered groups is 30 full-paying guests.

FREE & DISCOUNTED PLACES:

All pre-schoolers go free (catered and self-catered groups).
Depending on your group size, some free places may be available.

Booking Procedure

To book, either telephone the Centre, or submit a booking enquiry via the e-mail address below. Once suitable dates have been agreed, a provisional booking will be made for you, which we will hold for two weeks. We will write to you with an information pack including details of your booking with dates, provisional numbers and when to send your deposits. When we receive your full deposits and a signed booking form, your booking will be confirmed.

Cancellation Policy:

In the event of cancellation of your group the deposit is non-refundable. Where group cancellation occurs within 10 weeks of your arrival, there will be a group cancellation fee of £100 per night of stay. If however your cancellation occurs before the 10-week cut off and you wish to move your booking to another available date, we will be happy to move your deposit to your new date. In the event of your course or holiday having to be cancelled by the Kilbroney Centre, you will be offered either a full refund, or an alternative date.

Insurance:

Our Centre is covered for public liability insurance. We recommend that guests consider taking out appropriate insurance to safeguard against risks such as theft, accident, or the cost of cancelling a holiday.

House Rules:

Our Centre aims to impose a minimum of rules. However, the rules we do have are there for the safety and comfort of all guests and staff, and we would ask that you and your group members abide by them. Please note that the Kilbroney Centre operates a no smoking and no alcohol policy. Full details of house rules will be given on arrival at the Centre. Group leaders must take responsibility for the discipline of their group.

Personal Property:

The Kilbroney Centre cannot be held liable for loss or damage of personal property, unless it is due to our negligence. Please note that our guest bedrooms do not have locks.
